The Twister takes the Bolt Action Pen v.03 platform and puts it on a helix. The barrel is cut with a continuous spiral flute that wraps the full length of the pen — a single unbroken twist that catches light along its whole travel and gives the grip a positive, directional purchase you feel the moment you pick it up.

Underneath the twist, it is the v.03 in full. The adjustable set screw is unchanged: with a single internal adjustment the pen accommodates virtually any refill on the market — from Parker-style to Pentel Energel and everything in between — each dialed to its ideal length without swapping a single component. Paired with nose tips reamed to size (2.4mm / 2.5mm / 2.6mm), it eliminates the tip wiggle long associated with multi-refill pens.

Machined from a single piece of bar stock. The spiral is cut, not rolled or pressed — every flute is removed material, which is why the Twister takes meaningfully longer on the machine than a straight barrel.

Available in 303 stainless steel, C693 brass, C145 copper, 6Al-4v grade 5 titanium, and 702 zirconium.
