We accept all major creditcards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB) through PayPal. We use PayPal because it's an instant, secure way of sending and receiving money online.
We try to send out each order the same, or following business day. If you place an order on a holiday or weekend, we will make sure it will be processed the next business day. We use PostNL (Dutch Royal Post) or FedEx -Sign For- service for all items. In terms of processing time, generally this means the all package are processed, send and arrive in the country of destination within three business days. Unfortunately we have no control over customs and the processing time in the country of destination, but in general all packages to Europe arrive within 1-2 business days and all packages Worldwide arrive within 2-4 business days. Need it there faster? Contact us before you place your order for the options. All items are securely packed and shipped with track and trace and signed for and you will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order is shipped. We send everything from our shop in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
International shipping rates vary by country and range from approximately €7 to €14. To see the shipping cost for your order, place an item in your bag and begin the checkout process: add your billing and shipping information and continue to the next step to view your shipping cost. Since we really don't like shipping costs, we trying to find a way to reduce these to null. But for now, we promise it won't be higher than €14.
We will always provide as much visual and detailed specification we feel is needed to accurately convey our products. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please e-mail us at email@example.com. We will refund or exchange any new, unused and unopened merchandise that is postmarked for return within 7 calendar days of receipt, minus shipping.
