We fully understand that you might have questions regarding the materials, products or designers listed on KOHEZI. Besides questions about our collection, you might want to know more about our payment and shipping options, delivery times and our refund policy. We have made a list of questions that might run through your head and answered them in advanced to make things a little easier. If you have a question, that's not listed below, or if you want to double check, please drop us a line at hello@kohezi.com. We will make sure to answer within 24 hours.
SHIPPING COST
International shipping rates vary by country and range from approximately €5.95 to €14.95 (Express rates excluded). To see the shipping cost for your order, place an item in your bag and begin the checkout process: add your shipping / billing information and continue to the next step to view your shipping cost. Since we really don't like shipping costs, we are trying to find ways to reduce these to zero. But for now, we promise it won't be higher than €14.95 (Express rates excluded).
SHIPPING
We try to send out each order the same, or following business day. If you place an order on a holiday or weekend, we will make sure it will be processed the next business day. We use registered UPS, FedEx or PostNL (Dutch Royal Mail) service for all items. In terms of processing time, generally this means that all packages are processed, send and arrive in the country of destination within three business days. Unfortunately we have no control over customs and the processing time in the country of destination, but in general all packages to:

contact us before you place your order to discuss the options. All items are securely packed and shipped with 'track and trace' and 'signed for' and you will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order is shipped. We send everything from our office in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

We accept payments from: Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and many more.
RETURN POLICY
We will always provide as much visual and detailed specification we feel is needed to accurately convey our products. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please e-mail us at hello@kohezi.com. We will refund or exchange any new, unused and unopened merchandise that is postmarked for return within 14 calendar days of receipt.
