Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed as quickly as possible. Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. During product launches, holidays, or busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

If your order contains a pre-order or made-to-order item, the estimated processing time will be shown on the product page. If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will normally be shipped once all items are available.


Shipping Methods

We offer multiple shipping options during checkout. Available services depend on the destination country and package size.

Delivery estimates provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs, weather, carrier issues, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control are not considered late deliveries.


Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.


Customs Duties, Taxes & VAT

For selected countries, all customs duties, import taxes, and VAT are included in the checkout price. For these destinations, there will be no additional import charges upon delivery.

For all other countries, the customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless explicitly stated.

If a shipment is refused because import charges are not paid, any return shipping costs, customs fees, or carrier charges incurred will be deducted from any eligible refund.


Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and selected shipping service.

Please note that customs inspections and local courier delays may affect delivery times and are outside our control.


Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to us, any additional shipping costs required to resend the package are the responsibility of the customer.

If the order has already been shipped, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package appears to be delayed, please first check the tracking information.

If the shipment has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we will gladly assist in opening an investigation with the shipping carrier.

Please note that carrier investigations may take several business days to complete.


Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please:

  • Take clear photographs of the packaging before opening it.
  • Take photographs of any damaged items.
  • Contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

This information helps us file a claim with the shipping carrier.


Failed Delivery & Returned Packages

If a shipment is returned because:

  • the customer refused delivery,
  • the package was not collected,
  • the address was incorrect or incomplete,
  • import duties or taxes were not paid (where applicable),

we may deduct any return shipping charges, customs fees, brokerage fees, and other carrier costs from any refund.

If you would like the package to be shipped again, new shipping charges will apply.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the destination, package size, weight, and selected shipping service.

Shipping charges are non-refundable once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier.

If your order qualifies for a refund under our Return Policy, standard outbound shipping may be refunded where applicable. Priority or expedited shipping services are non-refundable, as the upgraded shipping service has already been provided by the carrier.
