Shipping & Returns

1. Shipping

We try to send out each order within 1-2 business day(s). If you place an order in the weekend, or during an holiday, we will do our best to have it processed the next business day. We use registered FedEx, UPS or PostNL (Our local post service in The Netherlands, which hands it over to the local Post service in the country of delivery) service for all our orders. In terms of processing time, generally this means that all packages are processed, send and arrive in the country of destination within three business days. Unfortunately we have no control over customs, delays and local processing time in the country of destination, but in general all packages to:

  • Europe: Arrive within ± 1-3 business days.
  • USA: Arrive within ± 1-3 business days.
  • Worldwide: Arrive within ± 4-6 business days.
These are indications (±) and unfortunately we don't offer any guarantees on these delivery dates and we do not offer refunds for Express deliveries which arrive too late. If the delivery arrives too late, simply reject the package and the item will be delivered back to us and you will receive a full refund.

Need it there faster?
You can use the 'Express' option during checkout, or contact us before you place your order to discuss the delivery- options & times. All items are securely packed and shipped with 'track and trace' and 'signed for' and you will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order is shipped. We send everything from our office in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

2. Shipping Cost


International shipping rates vary by country and range from approximately €5.95 to €14.95 (Express rates and TOYO Steel rates excluded). To see the shipping cost for your order, place an item in your cart and begin the checkout process: add your shipping / billing information and continue to the next step to view your shipping cost. Since we really don't like shipping costs, we are trying to find ways to reduce these to zero. But for now, we promise it won't be higher than €14.95 (Express rates and TOYO Steel rates excluded).
